David is your personal, on-call, Certified Financial Planner™ professional, independent financial advisor and Certified Public Accountant. His career as an investment advisor began in 1997 with his first six years as a registered investment advisor with Morgan Stanley in Dayton, Ohio. David has offered investments and advisory services by partnering with Kovack Securities since 2002.

Kovack Securities & Kovack Advisors (Kovack) provides David with the resources and technology to support his independent financial planning and investment advisory firm.

In addition to establishing policies, procedures and overseeing standards, Kovack provides back office functions and due diligence reviews on various investment offerings to protect and benefit clients. Kovack provides access to National Financial Services, a Fidelity Investments company as well as a variety of other dependable financial service firms.

David and wife Connie have two grown children, one granddaughter and they live in Springboro.

He is registered for securities by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA), and in Ohio, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan and North Carolina. He is registered as an Investment Advisor Representative in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois and South Carolina. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, David worked as a finance manager in Financial Planning and Analysis for AK Steel (Armco) in Middletown. He is a graduate of Miami University.
